AM&M set the standard for ISO policy Integration.

AM&M are proud to confirm that we have passed our annual ISO accreditation audit following our recent inspection in October.

This success demonstrates that our effective quality management system has again satisfied the rigours of an independent, external audit, and emphasises our commitment to the quality of our products and services, our customers, and our continued willingness to work towards improving efficiency throughout our business.

AM&M gained their initial 9001 (Quality Management) and 14001 (Environment) accreditations in 2003, and have recently added the 27001 (Data Security) accreditation to allow us to enhance our overall service, and conform to the highest levels of industry practice. 

Particularly rewarding was the recognition received from the auditor, Steven Dean (Lead Assessor for QMS), who praised our robust integration of ISO policies, adding that 'the extent of the Information Security Management System with the normal management processes of the Organisation is highly commendable".  This highlights how AM&M hasn't just implemented these quality standards, but has embraced them as a core aspect of how we operate as a modern, dynamic business.

But what does this mean to our Customers?

Our Quality Management System motivates our staff by defining their key roles and responsibilities.  Cost savings have been made through improved efficiency and productivity resulting from continued improvements as product or service deficiencies have been highlighted. These improvements have resulted in less waste, inappropriate or rejected work and fewer complaints.

Overall, our customers notice that orders placed with AM&M are met consistently, on time and to the correct specification - sometimes in stark contrast to their previous experiences with other non-accredited suppliers.
