Brief: The government’s ‘Get On’ TV and Radio campaign (featuring the blue Gremlins!) was launched in 2004 to encourage adults with low literacy and numeric skills to participate in adult learning. Alongside an advice hotline, a selection of promotional materials including pencils, posters, stickers, beer mats and scratch cards, needed to be supplied to colleges, adult learning centres and other organisations.
